The Ayudhya Insurance Public Company Limited (AYUD) has completed the transfer of its insurance business into Sri Ayudhya General Insurance Public Company Limited, or SAGI.
On December 20, 2011, AYUD returned its insurance license to the Office of the Insurance Commission and changed its status
to an investment holding company, and renamed it Sri Ayudhya Capital Public Company Limited with the listed name on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) remaining AYUD.
