Guidance for Claimants
  1. In the event of property damages and/or losses, try to stop and/or reduce damages as much as possible. In case of damages and/or losses due to theft, and/or damages/losses from third party, report the incident to the local police station immediately.
     
  2. Salvage and keep remains of damages for inspection.
     
  3. Report the incident to our office.
