Guidance for Claimants

Claim with other driver involved
During office hours, please report the accident to the head office or branch.
After office hours, please report the accident to an accident reporting center, using the provided number.

Claim without other driver involved
Owner of vehicle, with minor damages can report the claim on the following day

To accelerate the claim process, please do the following:
1. If you are right
    1.1 Record the car registration number, name, address, of the other driver.
    1.2 Record name, address of witness. ( If any)
    1.3 Report to the company or accident reporting office.
    1.4 If you hold a ‘third party’ insurance (liable for third party only), the company will send an officer to facilitate; and if needed, police will be called. Arrangements for further claims must be
           done on your own.

2. If you are wrong
    2.1 Record name, address of yourself for the other driver. (If they requested.)
    2.2 Move your car to the parking area after accepting your fault.
    2.3 Report to the company or accident reporting office.
    2.4 You should not sign any document until the company send an officers to advise the next steps.

3. Unclear Cases
    3.1 Do not move your car. (Unless under police order.)
    3.2 Report to the police immediately.
    3.3 Report to the company or accident reporting office and do not report to anybody except the police officers or the company officers.

4. Car Disappearance – Must be reported to police immediately.
